We are looking for a dynamic  Team Lead Outbound Lead Generation  for the  Motor Industry . You will lead a team of callers, drive performance, generate quality leads, and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the outbound calling team
• Monitor performance and ensure daily lead targets are met
• Guide the team in qualifying prospects and pitching effectively
• Support escalations and ensure high-quality lead delivery
• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead transfer
• Track reports, share feedback, and improve team productivity
