Product Manager

We're a lean, high-performing team of 25, passionate about creating innovative software products from India for a global audience. As a Frontend Team Lead, you'll be a crucial part of our central engine, driving our frontend development and shaping the future of our platform.

Key responsibilities :

• Product strategy development :
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the goals for the year.
• Devise ways to collect and analyze customer feedback to decide on the exact feature sets to build that are best suited to customer needs.
• Market and competitive analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, which will inform further feature and product development.
• Customer Engagement : Work closely with customer support to gather feedback, validate product assumptions, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
• Leadership : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and feature delivery.
• Prioritization and Planning : Prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, and manage product backlogs effectively.
• Launch and Post-Launch Analysis : Oversee product launches, analyze performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback.
