Junior Costing Associate (Interior Projects)

We are hiring a Junior Costing Associate to support estimation, budgeting, and vendor coordination for interior fit-out and corporate interior projects in Bangalore . The role requires strong technical understanding of drawings, BOQs, materials, and rate analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates for interior projects.
• Review architectural, civil, and interior drawings to extract quantities.
• Analyze design concepts, materials, and specifications to forecast material, labor, and time costs.
• Provide value engineering options and cost-effective alternatives.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams for updated material and labor rates.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and perform rate analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update a cost database of materials, finishes, and services.
