Role Definition : Ideal candidates should have excellent communication, customer interaction ability and organizational skills and have the ability to design the timelines solution and strategic documentation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail good understanding of RFP / RFIs, with knowledge of Service Transition. The candidate will have an in-depth understanding of transition methodologies, Sales Process cycles.
- Pre-Sales / Sales experience with good presentation skills. Candidate should have past experience on Transition manager / Program Manager / SDM or relevant Transition experience. Exposure to infrastructure services with client handling to be considered a major advantage. Responsibilities : ➔ Manage submission delivery expectations and timely response in all transition engagements ➔ Manage and contribute to the delivery of small to large bids independently with new ideas on the table to improve transition offerings ➔ Understand the presales work culture and experience in managing transition solutions for various bids across geographies ➔ Collaborate with stakeholdersin the bid, understand the requirements and solution of each service tower and progress towards Transition Plan, addressing any issues in a timely manner ➔ Recognizing and resolving customer pain areas in any past transitions / delivery– implement them in your solutions where necessary ➔ Build and develop the transition methodology and toolkit, based on TCS methods ➔ Actively participate in the bids as a transition specialist, highlight any project risks and issues and recommend solutions to effectively overcome these ➔ Promote skills and knowledge share, investing new ideas and skills into the core technology team
