About the Role :

Elephant in the Boardroom is hiring a Technical Developer Team Lead with strong multi-stack expertise and the capability to drive disciplined project execution. The role involves leading developers across MERN, Drupal, and PHP, overseeing delivery quality, and ensuring cloud-aligned solutions on Azure. Experience in AI projects will be an advantage, as we have already started working on our first AI project and are in the process of establishing our dedicated AI company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a multi-stack development team (MERN, Drupal, PHP).
• Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Conduct systematic code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
• Manage teams and workflows through JIRA, ensuring clear planning and tracking.
• Take complete responsibility for project deadlines, sprint outcomes, and team performance.
• Resolve complex technical issues efficiently and provide clear direction to the team.
• Work closely with design, QA, DevOps, and project management to ensure smooth delivery.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to refine and translate business requirements.
• Oversee Azure deployments and ensure alignment with cloud architecture standards.
• Contribute technical insights to support the organisation’s growing AI initiatives.
