Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll
Monitor daily attendance and leave records.Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.Handle queries related to salary, leave, and attendance.3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.Address employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues.4. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.Maintain compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).Update and maintain employee personnel files and records.5. Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes.Maintain performance data and feedback records.6. Exit Formalities
Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.Maintain proper handover and documentation for resigning employees.
