Atoa is pioneering UPI-style instant bank payments in the UK , enabling consumers to pay businesses directly using their existing banking apps — no cards, no fees, no friction.
We’re redefining how payments happen at the point of sale. As our second RevOps hire , you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our revenue engine — driving lead generation, optimizing data systems, and automating key workflows. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations in a fast-growing fintech that rewards ownership, precision, and impact.
What You’ll Do
1. Data Generation & Enrichment
- Build and maintain a qualified database of 4,000–4,500 contacts across ~1,200 UK companies.
- Identify 3–4 key decision-makers per company — primarily finance leaders (CFO, Head of Finance, Controller, Finance Manager), or senior executives (CEO, COO, Partner, Owner).
- Ensure all contacts are enriched with critical data fields including name, validated email, phone number(s), URL, company size, website, and location.
2. CRM & Data Management
Own CRM hygiene within Pipedrive — verifying, enriching, and attributing contacts with precision.Maintain high data integrity to ensure smooth operations across the sales funnel.3. Automation & Tool Management
Manage and optimize integrations between Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, and Clay , ensuring seamless data flow.Design and automate lead generation and enrichment workflows for scalability.4. Sales Enablement & RevOps Support
Train sales reps on CRM best practices, data hygiene, and efficient use of RevOps tools.Support ongoing RevOps initiatives — from process optimization to data cleanup and reporting.What You’ll Bring
Technical Skills
Proficiency in RevOps and data tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Surfe, Clay, Kaspr, or Cognism.Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive) and data automation workflows.Python scripting skills for data cleaning, enrichment, and automation tasks.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — ability to use formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and automation techniques for reporting and analysis.Analytical & Strategic Thinking
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and extract actionable insights.Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.Sales & Marketing Acumen
Understanding of modern sales and marketing workflows — from lead sourcing to pipeline management.Experience supporting high-velocity B2B sales environments (fintech or SaaS preferred).Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.Highly adaptable, resourceful, and driven in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience
