Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Photoshop Expert who can create stunning, cinematic visuals and high-impact campaign imagery. You’ll be responsible for designing movie posters, composites, and premium photo-based artwork that tell powerful visual stories. This role is ideal for a designer who combines creativity, precision, and an eye for storytelling through imagery.

You’ll collaborate with creative and strategy teams to bring concepts to life—developing visuals that work seamlessly across print, digital, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design movie posters, campaign visuals, thumbnails, and brand imagery.
• Execute advanced Photoshop techniques—compositing, retouching, lighting, and color grading.
• Create visual treatments, mood boards, and style frames that align with project direction.
• Prepare both print-ready (posters, standees) and digital assets (social, web, pitch decks).
• Maintain organized PSD files, asset libraries, and consistent version control.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure visuals match the story, tone, and brand identity.
• Use AI or reference-based tools occasionally for ideation, scene enhancement, or visual support.
• Manage tight deadlines while maintaining top-tier quality and creativity.
