Lender Operations Mgr (Max age : 28)

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities :

Manage the frontend operations for loan disbursal, and investor onboarding

Manage backend operations team for borrower allocations & dashboards

Manage presentation cycles and post disbursal operations

Manage the MIS and channel partner support team

Work closely with Technology team for development of the Platform

Key Skills / Abilities :

Understanding and expertise on backend and frontend operations of loan systems LOS & LMS

Understanding of Digital Loan systems with relevant liabilities / NBFC experience

An individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in a high growth organisation with high achievement orientation

Location : Andheri (E)

Qualification : Graduation and Above (Full-time) with no backlogs and 60 % minimum marks.
