Job Description – Recruiter (EU / US Hiring)

Work Hours : Must be comfortable working with mid-day and night shifts (flexible).

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our expanding global projects. The ideal candidate will have outstanding English communication skills and strong hands-on experience in EU / US recruitment, with a proven ability to hire across diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for EU / US regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and project requirements.
• Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.
