We are hiring : Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook + Instagram)

Company : ZenoRealty

Location : Noida

ZenoRealty is building an investor-first real estate brokerage for NCR. Meta Ads will be a core growth engine for us, and we want to build this capability in house, not depend on agencies.

What you will do

  • Own Meta Ads for ZenoRealty end-to-end
  • Plan monthly and weekly budgets for different projects and audiences
  • Set up and manage campaigns in Ads Manager for lead generation
  • Implement and maintain Pixel and CAPI, track the events that actually matter
  • Build and manage remarketing funnels, page visitors, engagers, lookalikes
  • Write and test multiple ad copies and hooks for investors, NRIs, and end users
  • Work with designers or Canva to ship new creatives every week
  • Run structured A / B tests on creatives, audiences, placement,s and lead forms
  • Optimize for CPL and lead quality, not just volume
  • Build simple dashboards in Sheets or Data Studio and report what is working and what is not
  • Create internal playbooks so we can repeat what works across projects

You are a good fit if

  • You have 2 to 5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, mostly in lead gen
  • You have worked on real estate or other high-ticket services like education, health, and finance
  • You are very comfortable inside Ads Manager, Pixels, Events, and basic tracking
  • You enjoy looking at numbers, not just making creatives
  • You think in tests and hypotheses, not random changes
  • You like working directly with founders, fast feedback, and low bureaucracy

    • Nice to have

  • Experience running campaigns for Indian real estate in NCR or similar markets
  • Comfort with CRM tools for lead routing and basic automations
  • Basic understanding of landing page CRO
