Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst - Loyalty at Loyyal. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing data, providing consulting services, sales support, managing presales activities, and project management within the loyalty sector.

Qualifications

• Sales and Presales experience in Loyalty is a must requirement
• Sales Support - Requirement Understanding, Preparing Sales pitch, Documentations
• Market Research, Customer Analysis
• Big4, Consulting bakckground is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in loyalty programs or related industries is a plus
• Product Management and Business Analysis knowledge
• Excellent presentation, storyboarding, documentation skill
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
