We’re looking for a smart, driven, high-ownership generalist to work directly with the Founders. Someone who is young, hustling, structured, and can convert ideas into execution with precision. If you're a task master with strong business instincts and exceptional PPT skills, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Founder’s right hand across strategy, operations, and execution.
- Build high-quality presentations, reports, business cases, and internal documents.
- Drive projects end-to-end : planning → execution → follow-up → closure.
- Coordinate across teams and ensure timely delivery of tasks and priorities.
- Manage daily workflows, communication, and stakeholder updates.
- Step in wherever needed — no task is too big or small.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in operations, founder’s office or biz ops.Excellent PowerPoint & presentation-building skills ; strong storytelling ability.High business acumen — ability to understand numbers, markets & decision drivers.Task-master mentality — follow-ups, structure, speed, and accountability.Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.Comfortable with AI tools, Excel / Sheets, and general tech tools.Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.Culture & What to Expect
