About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Compensation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis and modeling, with the ability to align pay structures with business strategies. This role involves close collaboration with HR and Finance teams to ensure competitive, equitable, and regulatory-compliant compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain compensation models to support strategic business decisions.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
Perform wage cost analysis to evaluate financial impacts and optimize labor costs.
Support annual salary planning, incentive program design, and implementation.
Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile :

68 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR / Finance function.

Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with compensation tools and systems is a plus.

Ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setup.
