Job description0-4 years of experience in BPO voice process, customer handling, or related fields. Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH GRADUATION MANDATORY GOOD THOUGHT PROCESS SHIFT TIMING : MALE : 7 : 00AM TO 12 : 30AM + NIGHT SHIFTS (ANY 9.30 HRS SHIFT) WEEK-OFF : 5 DAYS WORKING 2 DAY ROTATIONAL OFF SALARY : AS PER THE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Handle incoming calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on products / services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell / cross-sell relevant products / services based on customer requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
