Urgent Hiring in Food Industry !!!!

Job Title : Senior Quality Controller – Product Development

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in Quality Control (QC) and Product Development

Location : Calicut

Salary Package : 15000 – 22000 per month (based on experience & expertise)

Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Science Food Technology Engineering or related field (depending on industry).

Additional certifications in Quality Management / Six Sigma / ISO standards preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Control

Conduct regular inspection of raw materials in-process products and finished goods.

Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards (ISO GMP HACCP etc. – if applicable).

Identify defects deviations and process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

Prepare QC reports maintain documentation and ensure traceability.

Collaborate with the production team to minimize errors and rejections.

Product Development

Support new product development activities from concept to launch.

Conduct trials testing and validation of new products.

Research market trends and competitor products for product improvement.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of quality control methods testing techniques and industry standards.

Hands-on experience in product testing validation and quality assurance.

Good understanding of product development lifecycle.

Proficiency in documentation reporting and quality audit processes.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
