Location : Bangalore , Hybrid - 3 days work from Office

Experience : 4 years to 6 years

Primary Responsibilities :

• UI Design for Mobile and Web-Apps; scoringhigh on usability improvements, buildingproducts from scratch with inclusive design for WCAG AAA / AA Guidelines.
• UX Design Screensand Flows adhering to Usability Heuristics
• Define Research Goals,Plan and ExecuteUser Research. Choose rightresearch methods, recruitright users, communicate research idea.
• Rapid prototypes created through short design sprints for customer / stakeholder feedback
• Analyse User or Stakeholder feedbackwith - Usability Tests, Card sorting or Affinity Analysis.
• Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback / research
• Iterate / Create Design System Guidelines for pivoting the UX towards better accessibility
• Engage in customer connects to understand the thought processof the end user and the sponsorsand ensure their UX requirements are addressed.
• Interaction with internalcross functional departments s stakeholders, conductusability workshops, aggregate feedback
• Contribute to building a UX strategy on an iterative and empirical mode to align with Company’ vision along with team leads; including utilizing AI Tools for productivity gains.

Desired Skills s Experience :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design or Equivalent experience in building complex business use cases for the B2B space
