We’re looking for a sharp UGC script writer who understands how to grab attention in the first 1.5 seconds and drive conversions through story + psychology . You should know how to write conversational, natural scripts for short-form video creators, with strong hooks, clear problem-solution arcs, and tight CTAs.

You’ll :

• Write scroll-stopping hooks + ad scripts for Instagram / TikTok / YouTube shorts
• Understand consumer psychology and structure scripts to convert
• Adapt tone for different personas, creators, and brands
• Work closely with creative strategists and editors
