Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Engineer with deep expertise in Amazon Connect to design, deploy, and optimize cloud-native solutions that accelerate application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate cloud tools and frameworks, and lead implementation strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability. The role demands strong technical leadership, solution thinking, and hands-on cloud engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of cloud-native tools and architectures
• Act as an SME for Amazon Connect and related AWS services
• Guide and mentor engineering teams to drive performance and cloud adoption
• Make architectural decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams
• Integrate best-practice CI / CD, automation, and containerization techniques
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and drive innovation across teams
• Monitor tool performance and continuously optimize cloud environments
