πΌ What Youβll Be Doing :
- π Provide top-notch support to global clients via calls, chat, and email
- π οΈ Troubleshoot technical issues related to :
- VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
- Operating systems & basic networking
- Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- π« Work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow , Remedy , or Control-M
- π‘ Own the issue, analyze, and provide efficient, timely resolutions
- π€ Ensure every customer interaction adds value and leaves them satisfied
π What Weβre Looking For :

Excellent communication skills β both verbal and writtenβ
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityβ
Confidence in handling and resolving technical queries independentlyβ
Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment (rotational US shifts)β
Comfortable with a Work From Office (WFO) setup in Puneπ« Non-Negotiables :
