Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Buyer at our Vijayawada location. The Junior Buyer will manage the procurement of footwear inventory, coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain stock levels as per demand. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, evaluating new products, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with internal teams for merchandising and sales strategies. The role supports the overall goal of offering quality products aligned with customer preferences and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Procurement skills : Vendor management, Purchase negotiation, and Inventory control
• Analytical skills : Market research, Data analysis, and Demand forecasting
• Collaboration skills : Team coordination, Communication with suppliers, and Cross-departmental collaboration
• Operational skills : Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the retail and footwear market is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
