Job description

Job Title : SAP BTP : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur, Gurugram, : 6-10 Timings : 1-10 PM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), leveraging various BTP services.
  • Lead and participate in requirements gathering, blueprinting, and solution design workshops with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop custom applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) or ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
  • Implement integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Open Connectors.
  • Utilize BTP services for data and analytics, such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC).
  • Develop user interfaces using SAP Fiori / UI5, Node.js, or Java on the BTP environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on BTP architecture, best practices, and security considerations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BTP services, applications, and integrations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, architects, and business users.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, development guides, and deployment procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and roadmaps of SAP BTP services and related technologies.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for BTP solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP development and consulting, with a significant focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying applications on SAP BTP, utilizing services like Cloud Foundry, Kyma, or ABAP Environment.
  • Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for designing and implementing complex integration flows.
  • Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) or ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / UI5 development, Node.js, or Java for front-end and backend development on BTP.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies relevant to BTP (SAP HANA Cloud).
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and / or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with BTP security concepts, including authentication (OAuth, SAML), authorization, and identity management.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD pipelines on BTP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work in the 1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM shift.
