EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 6 MONTHS

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Executive (USA) (NIGHT SHIFT) located in Noida. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Technical Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
