5. Ability to translate requirements to design independently

6. Utilized Power BI to create dynamic dashboards, enabling real-time status tracking and insightful reporting for leadership decision-making.

7. Built a centralized SharePoint site to serve as a one-stop destination, integrating all process documentation and tools under a single, user-friendly interface.

8. Must be proficient in Power Apps, Power queries, SharePoint, MS Excel, PPT and Teams (Advanced)

9. Must demonstrate a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate and manage complex situations with sound judgment and composure

10. Must exhibit strong team collaboration skills and embrace a 'one team' mindset to achieve shared goals effectively
