About the Role :

Are you passionate about sales training and the automotive sector? We're looking for a dynamic Process & Sales Trainer to work with one of India’s leading automobile brands. In this off-role position via NIIT Ltd, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales excellence at company's dealerships by installing processes and training sales teams on products and techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) on product & sales skills to dealer teams
• Install and maintain the sales process across assigned dealerships
• Conduct audits and monitor adherence to QLQD and other standards
• Drive new product launch training programs
• Help dealers recruit capable Sales Executives
• Maintain training records and DSE (Dealer Sales Executive) database
• Analyze sales performance and training effectiveness
• Use digital tools to enable modern sales processes
• Continuously refresh training for existing teams to boost productivity
• Provide real-time demonstrations and coaching in field scenarios

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Education :

Graduate or above – Engineering / Diploma preferred

Experience :

2–5 years as a Sales Trainer

Prior automobile sales experience is a strong plus

Age : Between 25–35 years

Gender : Male (as per role-specific field requirements)
