Job descriptionDemonstrated experience in a large enterprise WiFi network. Hands-on experience with Cisco 9800 wireless LAN controllers is required. Hands-on experience with Cisco access points, Cisco DNA Center, and wireless FlexConnect / local modes is required. Hands-on experience with 802.1x authentication, Splunk, and ServiceNow is required. Sound understanding of RF fundamentals (2.4, 5, and 6 GHz spectrums), RSSI, SNR and how they impact client performance is required. Sound understanding of RF design best practices - i.e., access point placement, power settings, cell size, etc. - is required. Working experience with the Ekahau WiFi planning and troubleshooting tools is required.

- Fluency in English (written and verbal), teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with all management levels are required.
