Role : Customer Support Representative (Email Process)
Shift : Rotational shifts including night shifts
Week-offs : 1 rotational week off
Pick up & Drop facilities provided
Key Responsibilities :
Draft professional emails to resolve customer queries and complaints.
Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive issues.
Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns in line with airlines service standards.
Required Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong email drafting and comprehension abilities.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.
