Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented with strong experience in architectural and real estate visualization . The role involves creating high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual concepts that effectively communicate architectural design intent and enhance project presentations for residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop photorealistic 3D renderings , walkthroughs, and flythroughs for real estate projects.

Work closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to visualize concepts and finalize designs.

Create 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, and concept layouts.

Apply materials, lighting, and textures to achieve high-quality visual output.

Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand standards and project objectives.

Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare visuals for brochures, hoardings, digital campaigns, and presentations.

Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and models for future use.

Keep updated with new rendering techniques and visualization tools.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD , and Adobe Photoshop .

Knowledge of Lumion / Unreal Engine / Twinmotion for real-time rendering (preferred).

Good understanding of architecture, interiors, and landscape design .

Ability to visualize concepts from minimal inputs or sketches.

Attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, lighting, and color balance.

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
