Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients in the IT and B2B services sectors
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless.ai, and others to build and maintain a robust lead pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and feedback loop
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and continuously refine lead generation strategies
  • Maintain and update CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc., ensuring clean and actionable Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA graduates welcome)
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services domain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRMs
  • A high degree of proactivity, punctuality, and ownership
  • Strong organizational skills and a performance-driven mindset
