Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, support, and improve the software products and applications.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Work on one or multiple projects and deliver results.
• Be versatile and enthusiastic to tackle new problems across different technologies.
• Independently interact with customers / prospects, get requirements, and execute projects.
• Manage projects independently, delegate work to others, and get the work done from people.
• Define technology standards and processes, provide mentorship to software developers and conduct knowledge sharing sessions.
• Lead a small team of software developers in projects.
