Oracle HCM Talent Senior Consultant

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading Oracle Cloud implementation partner and progress your career in the HCM domain. The role involves working with our clients to configure and manage Oracle HCM Talent and Performance Management modules.

• Implement Oracle Talent, Performance and Compensation modules.
• Manage stakeholders and client relationships.
• Lead the project and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Configure the modules as per client requirements.
• Prepare design documents, conduct fit-gap analysis and execute testing strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Talent and Performance Management implementation.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations is a must.
• Good understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
