GWC is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.

About the Role :

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within a defined territory. You will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media, inbound leads).
  • Schedule and meet Corporate customers.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve Sales Targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with other team members (e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
