Technical Recruiter

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for various IT and engineering roles. You must be familiar with modern recruitment tools, technical jargon, and hiring best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand job requirements and technical skillsets in detail from hiring managers or clients
• Source and attract candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication, and cultural compatibility
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate records using ATS or internal databases
• Stay updated with latest trends in technology and recruitment
