Your Profile

• Align Application Maintenance (ADM) processes with business goals using Capgemini's BPF framework.
• Map business processes and analyze financial metrics, IT failures, and transactional data to define and improve KPIs.
• Perform KPI calculation and build business cases for leadership and client buy-in.
• Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and performance trends.
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights, solutions, and progress to stakeholders.
