• Lead a team of retail marketing, offline marketing, content, social team and manager agencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance content quality and distribution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Retail Marketing should have :

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Extensive 9 -14 years of experience in content marketing within the Retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
• Proven expertise in crafting and executing content strategies that drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and marketing analytics tools.
• Must have managed agencies.
