Banking Officer - CA

We are looking for a dynamic Banking Officer Current Accounts to manage and grow the CA portfolio by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships. The role involves cross-selling banking products and delivering superior service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire new current account customers through direct and channel sales
• Manage and grow existing CA relationships to increase wallet share
• Cross-sell CASA, cash management, trade, and treasury products
• Ensure high levels of customer service and timely issue resolution
• Track and achieve monthly business targets
