Must be good in English communication. This profile demands night shift so should be comfortable with this. (Please note there be no rotational shift and only night shift) Only for Freshers Locals candidates from Gujarat are preferred. It's not mandatory to have bachelor's degree, just having good knowledge in computer and willingness to learn new things.
Logilite Technologies is a consulting and services company based in Ahmedabad, specializing in providing enterprise technology solutions to SME clients across various industries. The company focuses on highly customizable and extensible open source ERP solutions, offering services such as business analysis, ERP implementation, cloud hosting, networking, support, and custom development. Logilite Technologies supports ERP solutions like ADempiere, iDempiere, and Compiere.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Engineer at Logilite Technologies in Ahmedabad. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering analytical solutions to clients. The role involves delivering exemplary customer support and service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with clients to ensure the systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
