We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary :

This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving the development and evolution of the Collections platform. This role is focused on leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions and deliver solutions that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Product Manager works cross-functionally to gather customer insights, define clear product requirements, and identify opportunities to enhance the platform's capabilities. The role also oversees product execution through sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with the platform's long-term vision. Success in this position requires at least five years of product management experience, proven expertise in consumer credit or collections technology, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects while influencing stakeholders across the organization.

• Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
• Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
• Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
• Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.
• Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
