Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles , from sourcing to offer closure. This role requires

strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Source candidates via job portals , referrals, and networking.

Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.

Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).

Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience.

Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR preferred).

1–2 years of recruitment / HR experience, preferably in startups / EdTech / consumer tech in sales hiring.

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with speed and ownership in a high-growth environment.
