We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie Beachside Aged Care Home located in Yanchep. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Beachside is one of our larger sites with 160 beds and provides specialised high level acuity, dementia and palliative care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care and case management. Supervision, direction and leadership of nursing and care / support staff will also be part of your role.

These roles are offered on a casual basis, providing support across morning, afternoon and shifts shifts, as well as on weekends and public holidays.

About You

• Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is not essential
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one)
