2. Role Summary
The CEO will set Company's strategic direction, own the P&L, guide our product roadmap
and shape the company culture. Your mandate is to scale service revenues, transform our
SaaS portfolio into category leaders and build a high-performance organisation that attracts
top talent and delights customers worldwide.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision – Craft and communicate a 2-year strategic plan aligned with the
founder and partners.
P&L & Growth – Double annual recurring revenue within 6–12 months whilemaintaining the expenses.
Product Leadership – Drive product-led growth for Scan2Hire, NexStaff and SarvaDesk; update and upgrade all the modules of the product.
Go-to-Market – Expand the enterprise pipeline, forge channel and ISV partnerships,and secure marquee global clients.
Operational Excellence – Introduce AI to shorten project delivery cycles by 40percent and keep client retention above 95 percent.
People & Culture – Grow headcount responsibly (from ~30 to 60 in two years),sustain equity.
Governance & Stakeholder Management – Provide timely board reporting andensure compliance with all LLP, tax and data-protection regulations.
4. Ideal Profile
Must-have experience
At least 12 years in software / SaaS, with 5 years of full P&L ownership (GM, MD orCEO level).
Proven record of scaling a product-engineering organisation from roughly 30 to 100+people.
Deep understanding of modern stacks : React / Next, Node, Flutter, Python / AI-ML.Demonstrated success raising or managing external capital and handling investorrelations.
Data-driven decision-maker who is adept at OKRs and KPI management.Nice-to-have experience
