Job description2+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in fashion / jewellery / luxury segment) Strong knowledge of ads management , analytics tools , and campaign optimization Familiarity with Meta Business Suite , Google Ads , Google Analytics , and AI-driven marketing tools Ability to read data, tweak targeting, and improve performance continuously A self-starter who understands the Jaipur market and luxury audience Excellent communication and creative thinking skills Work in a premium showroom setting in Jaipur Be part of a brand with global aspirations Creative freedom + performance incentives Opportunity to build and scale something from the ground up

Pinkcity Craft is a Jaipur-based jewellery house known for our premium Meenakari and Polki Kundan collections. We’ve established a strong reputation in wholesale and are now building our D2C brand through our website and social media presence. We're looking for a passionate, skilled, and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead this transformation.
What You'll Do :
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
- Run and optimize ads across Google, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Handle SEO, SEM , and email marketing strategies
- Implement AI-based tools and automated funnels to drive conversions
- Design audience targeting & retargeting strategies to grow traffic & sales
- Use analytics tools to track performance and improve campaign ROI
- Collaborate with our content and design teams for engaging creatives
- Scale our D2C business via website and lead generation campaigns
