Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Process Excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel – from lead generation to order closure and post-sale tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for sales performance, funnel health, and conversion analytics.
- Partner with regional sales managers (RSMs) to optimize coverage, demo planning, and regional penetration.
- Drive sales efficiency through process automation and standardization.
CRM & Data Management
Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Ensure accurate, timely data entry and reporting by sales and distributor teams.Build workflows and dashboards to support forecasting, territory tracking, and pipeline reviews.Partner & Distributor Enablement
Serve as a liaison between Hen Nozzles and our distributor network – ensuring alignment, visibility, and performance tracking.Support the “State <>Distributor” model by managing authorizations, pricing alignment, and performance reviews.
Identify and onboard champion distributors; implement programs to strengthen channel loyalty and growth.Sales Planning & Strategy Support
Work with leadership to design incentive plans, target allocation, and regional growth initiatives.Provide analytical support for pricing, product mix, and new product introductions.Ensure consistent communication and coordination between field sales, marketing, and operations.Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent in Sales / Operations preferred.6–10 years of experience in sales operations, channel sales, or business operations , preferably in industrial / B2B environments.Technical & Functional Skills :
Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot , Salesforce , or equivalent.Strong analytical ability with experience in Excel , Google Sheets , and reporting dashboards .Experience in sales funnel management , territory planning , and sales forecasting .Solid understanding of distributor and partner management models.Soft Skills :
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.Structured thinker with a bias for execution and process improvement.Why Join Us
