Qualifications
15 years full time education
Required Skills
Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Experience in incident response and problem resolution processes.
Ability to analyze and interpret service performance data.
Familiarity with service monitoring tools and technologies.
