Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Machine Shop Manager. The Machine Shop Manager will oversee daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining equipment, and supervising machine shop staff. Responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, monitoring workflow, ensuring quality standards, and implementing safety protocols. The role also involves scheduling maintenance, managing inventory, and optimizing resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Shop Management and Supervision
• Knowledge of Production Processes and Workflow Optimization
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Safety Protocol Implementation
• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Inventory Management
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing and engineering industries is a plus
