Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and develop personalized therapy plans to support patient recovery and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, focusing on rehabilitation, and addressing specific needs, such as pediatric care, as required. Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals will be a key part of the role to ensure comprehensive and tailored care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and caregivers
• Ability to design and implement personalized therapy plans
• Professional certification or licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Prior experience in home healthcare settings is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
