We are looking for skilled Splunk Professionals experienced in Splunk administration, engineering, and operational support, with hands-on knowledge of automation, incident management, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute change requests following Splunk TechOps runbooks and compliance standards.
- Work with ServiceNow workflows and IA tickets to manage and track changes.
- Review, validate, and implement Splunk configuration changes.
- Develop, update, and maintain Splunk runbooks and rollback / validation steps.
- Participate in root cause analysis and change-related escalations.
- Provide ad hoc reports and assist in incident investigations.
- Track KPIs and SLAs for successful change executions.
Required Skills & Experience :
3–8 years of experience in Splunk administration, engineering, or support .Strong proficiency in Splunk architecture, queries, dashboards, and troubleshooting.Exposure to AWS , Linux / Windows , and ServiceNow workflows .Familiarity with Puppet (preferred) or other automation / orchestration tools.Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment and support a 24x7 model .Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Certifications
