About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level GCP Data Engineer with 7+years of experience in GCP, Data Warehousing, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP tools, solid data analysis skills, and a strong understanding of Data Warehousing principles.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Airflow / Cloud Composer . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable data workflows, automation, and end-to-end pipeline orchestration using Python and cloud-native tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ETL / ELT data pipelines on GCP.
• Work extensively with Airflow and Cloud Composer for workflow scheduling, orchestration, and automation.
• Build robust data ingestion frameworks using Python and cloud storage services.
• Optimize existing pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud engineering, security, and data governance.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and documentation.
