Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in revenue management for boutique hotels and a strong understanding of OTA platforms .

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize room rates, inventory, and availability across all OTA platforms.

Monitor daily pick-up, forecast demand, and identify revenue opportunities.

Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to support pricing strategies.

Coordinate with the reservations, sales, and operations teams to maximize room revenue.

Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports, performance updates, and action plans.

Ensure property listing accuracy across all OTAs, including content, images, and promotions.

Implement promotional strategies, rate plans, and special offers to boost occupancy.

Maintain relationships with OTA account managers to leverage visibility and maximise conversions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management within the boutique hospitality sector.

Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, etc.).

Proficiency in channel managers, PMS, and revenue management tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties.
