Job Title : Sr Java Developer Role

Experience : 7 to 12 yrs

Location : Kharadi, Pune, MH

Employment Type : Full-time

NO Freshers and Candidates with 30 days and above Notice Period will not work

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

Build REST APIs, implement exception handling, and manage multi-threaded environments.

Work on Kafka for streaming and message-based communication.

Contribute to frontend development using React.Js, focusing on UI integration and state management (basic usage).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.

Technical Skills Required :

Backend (Primary – 80%) :

Core Java (Collections, Classes, Maps, Exception Handling, Multithreading)

Spring Boot (Controllers, Services, Repositories, REST APIs, Exception Management)

Kafka (Basics, Replication, Partitions, Streaming – Nice to Have / Willingness to Learn)

Frontend (Basic – 20%) :

React.Js (Hooks, State Management, Redux / Saga – basic usage)

Nice to Have :

Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure)

Familiarity with CI / CD and Deployment practices

Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude.

Self-starter with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
